Bridges signifies resilience: a journey from darkness to light. It also signifies a connection between myself and you… and now I'd like us to use this to connect. Please use this platform as a message-board to share your stories of resilience, strength and appreciation for yourself and others. I can't wait to read them.
Cal x
I have been in a very dark place a few times in my life, also at a point of trying to decide to live with the pain or the pain I'd leave behind. I lost my whole world, my dad to a heart attack at a very young age. It took me over the edge but because of that pain, I couldn't leave that pain behind. But thanks to the support from my family, and getting me help, I have managed to concour those dark places. I am going through a heck of a lot but I am now strong enough to deal with my struggles and be the mom and wife I need to be. Sometimes all one needs to do is admit that they need help and ask for it. It's never easy but it can pull you out of whatever has been bringing you down. I hope you all find the light and manage to cross the bridge to get to the other side.
